Gamil G. de Chadarevian -  Advisor/Philanthropy-  helped build seven biotech companies from 1995 through 2009. As an advisor, he has played a role in various companies, including IVAX Corporation (today Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.). Until April 1998, he was Managing Director of Special Projects at Alza International and Vice President of Corporate Development for Corange London Ltd. (Boehringer Mannheim), two pharmaceutical companies. Prior to 1992, he held positions at Pasfin Servizi Finanziari SpA, GEA Consulenza and Credit Suisse. Gamil is co-founder (2001) of the successful Asta di San Patrignano benefit dinner in Milano, has helped Guy Laliberte launch the One Drop Foundation (2006/7) and serves on the Advisory Board of Hand In Hand and Venture Valuation AG. He is an advisor to EBD Group. He received a degree in economics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Volkert Engelsmann – Advisor/ Agriculture & Food
– is Founder and CEO, EOSTA B.V.- MSc, Business Admin. The Dutch company, founded in 1990, is presently Europe’s largest importer, packer and distributor of organically grown fresh produce and serves major retailers and natural food stores in Europe, the USA, Canada, and the Far East.
Wolfram Klingler – Advisor/ Fundraising
– Has 13 years experience in financial markets. Prior to serving as founding partner of Novarca Germany, headed the Swiss office of Altira AG, a German group focused on private equity investments. Worked for GAM (Julius Bär Group) and one of the leading hedge fund Investors. Before that he worked for a wealth management boutique with focus on alternative investments, and has advised wealthy families on philanthrophic engagements with a special focus on impact investments.
Marcello Palazzi 
-Advisor/ Entrepreneurs-is a public innovator, philanthropreneur & venture catalyst by profession; economist, foreign policy scholar and business administrator by education (LSE, LBS, MIT, Erasmus, Buckingham University). For the last 22 years, Palazzi has focused on building a “progressive” economy through the engineering of shared interests, innovations and ideas among business, government, citizens, and other societal actors. He has initiated 200 highly diverse “start-ups” completed in 33 countries. Palazzi founded Progressio Foundation, which has been his main vehicle since 1989.
Thierry Malleret- Advisor/Strategy
- co-founder of Monthly Barometer, a predictive analysis for investors/ decision-makers. Former senior partner at IJ Partners, an investment boutique, Geneva. Prior managing partner at Rainbow Insight providing custom intelligence to investors. Founded Global Risk Network at World Economic Forum. Investment banking (Chief Economist/Strategist of Russian investment bank and Economist at the EBRD in London), think tanks and academia (New York and Oxford) and government (with a three-year tenure in the Prime Minister’s office in Paris). Educated at the Sorbonne and Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris and Oxford. He holds two MAs and a PhD in Economics.
Michael Voellm – Advisor/ Finance
